MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT

Mobile products built around real users.

We design and develop iOS and Android applications in Flutter, Unity or a deliberate combination of both—selecting the technology around the product, not a favourite framework.

MORE THAN A MOBILE CLIENT

The app is only one part of the product.

A useful application rarely ends at the edge of the phone. It may need authentication, payments, notifications, cloud services, third-party integrations, administration, analytics, offline synchronisation and a safe release process. We design the complete product around how users, operators and the business will use it after launch.

WHAT WE BUILD

From everyday workflows to screen-native experiences.

Customer & membership apps

Profiles, personalised content, membership cards, rewards, support and communication.

Booking & reservation

Availability, scheduling, payments, reminders, cancellation and operational administration.

Commerce & marketplaces

Product discovery, checkout, subscriptions, orders, seller workflows and retention.

Internal business tools

Role-based mobile workflows connected to the systems your company already uses.

Field service & data collection

Offline-capable inspections, maintenance, documentation and asset tracking.

Campaign & loyalty apps

Schedules, maps, challenges, rewards and engagement before and after an event.

AR & real-time 3D

Product placement, spatial content, digital reconstruction and interactive visualisation.

Games & gamified learning

Branded mini-games, simulation, progression, scoring and multiplayer experiences.

THE RIGHT ENGINE FOR THE PRODUCT

Flutter for product flows. Unity for real-time interaction.

Both can deliver to mobile devices. The right choice depends on where the product’s value lives.

FLUTTER DEVELOPMENT

When the product is driven by screens, data and services.

Flutter is usually the stronger foundation for accounts, content, forms, search, messaging, maps, booking, commerce, payments, subscriptions and operational workflows.

UNITY DEVELOPMENT

When the product is driven by a world, simulation or game loop.

Unity is usually stronger when value depends on real-time 2D or 3D rendering, physics, animation, spatial interaction, augmented reality, simulation or game systems.

  • 2D and 3D games
  • Augmented reality
  • Product configurators
  • Interactive simulation
  • Gamified education
  • Digital twins

HYBRID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

When the product genuinely needs both.

A conventional mobile layer can own accounts, content, payments and navigation while a Unity-powered module handles AR, a 3D product view, simulation or a mini-game. We prototype the integration early because it introduces real runtime and lifecycle trade-offs.

COMPLETE PRODUCT SCOPE

Client, backend, operations and release.

01

Product discovery

Users, business goals, priorities, technical risks and a credible first release.

02

UX & interface design

Journeys, wireframes, prototypes, design systems and adaptive behaviour.

03

Mobile development

Flutter, Unity and the platform-specific iOS or Android integrations the product needs.

04

Backend & APIs

Business logic, databases, media, secure services and real-time communication.

05

Identity & payments

Authentication, roles, account recovery, subscriptions and purchase restoration.

06

Offline & synchronisation

Local data, queued operations, conflict handling and predictable poor-network behaviour.

07

Admin & analytics

Operate users, content and campaigns, then understand product use and performance.

08

Launch & continued delivery

Build automation, signing, store support, monitoring, maintenance and planned releases.

SOFTWARE ENGINEERING WITH GAME-DEVELOPMENT DEPTH

Conventional when it should be. Real-time when it should not.

Many products start as a familiar mobile app and later need something less familiar: AR, an interactive product model, a simulation, multiplayer or a branded game. Sourcegarden connects mobile and backend engineering with real-time 3D, interaction and game-system experience.

FROM IDEA TO PRODUCTION RELEASE

A clear decision at every stage.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Users, objective, business model, essential workflows and constraints.

  2. 02

    Product scope

A credible first release and roadmap instead of one oversized initial build.

  3. 03

    UX & prototype

Validate the key journeys or the riskiest interaction before production.

  4. 04

    Architecture

Select Flutter, Unity or hybrid and define client, backend and integrations.

  5. 05

    Iterative production

Testable increments and regular builds on representative devices.

  6. 06

    Launch & improve

Quality assurance, store release, monitoring and evidence-led iteration.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we plan the product.

Should our application use Flutter or Unity?

Flutter is generally the better fit for screen-, data- and workflow-driven products. Unity is stronger for games, AR, simulation and real-time 2D or 3D interaction. Some products benefit from a hybrid architecture.

Can one codebase support iOS and Android?

In many projects, a shared Flutter or Unity codebase can cover most of both platforms. Platform-specific work may still be required for permissions, payments, notifications, authentication and device integrations.

Can you build the backend and administration interface?

Yes. We can deliver the mobile client together with APIs, database, authentication, cloud infrastructure and administration tools.

Can you start with only an idea?

Yes. Discovery and product definition can establish the users, first-release scope, architecture, risks and delivery plan before full production begins.

Can you take over an existing application?

Yes, but we begin with a technical audit of the codebase, dependencies, release process and unresolved risks before proposing a takeover plan.

Do you help publish the application?

Yes. Release preparation can include builds, signing, store configuration, submission support and controlled rollout. Final approval remains with the platform operator.

YOUR PRODUCT, NEXT

Bring us the problem—not a perfect brief.

An idea, an existing app, a campaign concept or a workflow still running through spreadsheets is enough to begin.
